Cooking for one

Since I have to pay for my food while I'm here instead of be on a meal plan with the dining hall at school, I'm trying to cook a lot instead of eat out.  The cheapest and easiest meal I've found so far? Grilled cheese and tomato soup! I'll make sure to have a grapefruit for dessert so I don't get scurvy, Dad.
